Art In The Park 2024

Art In The Park this year was another fantastic show at West Park in Allentown. It was a beautiful day to be outside and celebrate the arts!

The event ran from 10-5 on September 14, 2024. We arrived around 8:30 and finished setting up just in time! Throughout the day I was able to speak to many people, including other artists, about my display. I even made friends with the moth that landed just inside my tent for awhile in the afternoon. We were even able to record a few moments during the day which you can watch in the video below!

I displayed a variety of work including but not limited to, handmade polymer jewelry, hand painted glass and ceramics, hand painted ornaments, original paintings, drawings and mixed media projects, hand painted clothing, and crochet clothing and stuffed animals. Some fan favorites from this show were the polymer clay magnets and wooden pumpkin ornaments. Even though Art In The Park 2024 is over, you can still shop JKH Artwork any time by clicking here!

A huge thank you goes to my parents for assisting me with travel and set up. I would also like to thank Joey Dalton for helping set up/clean up and keeping me company throughout the day. Without them I wouldn’t be able to do these shows, so I appreciate their support. Lastly, I must thank the West Part Civic Association for having me yet again this year.

Goodbye Winter Craft Fair 2023

The Goodbye Winter Craft Fair 2023 was a new show for me and a fantastic experience. I was so happy to give my last frog ornament a loving home and speak to so many new people. A huge thanks to everyone that came out to support the local talent, to all the other artists for making the show what it was, and to K4K and Fur Mama Events for hosting. An extra thanks to my dad and boyfriend for helping with set-up, clean-up, and keeping me company throughout the duration of the Goodbye Winter Craft Fair 2023.

The Goodbye Winter Craft Fair was my second show of the year. It’s always a challenge to set up a single table with such a wide variety of artwork. I was very happy with my display for this show and happy to see other artists around me who worked in similar mediums. This particular display featured new hand written signs and price tags. I had many new items at this show including jewelry from the Valentine’s Day release, the JKH artwork Kitchen, and new block print stickers. I also had new rainbow magnets and pins as well as new ghost magnets. All of these items will also be available at my next show on April 30, 2023 at the Engage Artisan Festival.

Pictures and videos are courtesy of JP Dalton who was a big help with set up, clean up, and sales throughout the show. And thank you again to K4K and Fur Mama events for hosting and running this wonderful event. This is my second time participating in one of their events and I once again, was appreciative of the work they put into the show running smoothly. I look forward to participating in another show with them on August 20, 2023.
